Default cedar planking ?

I have never done it but want to try cedar planked fish. Also can you cedar plan scallops? IF so any tips would be appreciated.

You can plank just about anything. It seems the most popular items are seafood type proteins though.

What type of cooking equipment will you be using?

The name says it all, I'm bald as a mexican hairless. I was thinking about using the name CUE, as in cueball. I have developed a BBQ sauce that I may market and like the sound of bald bills'bbq.
