Are those for cold smoking? Explain to me what I'm looking at. Looks like a setup for a prank on a porta potty

Every time I see one of those I think of a heated outhouse.

Our place in the mountains when I was a kid had a two holer but no heat other than a Coleman lantern.

It is mainly for cold smoking. Would be awesome for doing my big holiday cheese smoke (I've done 180 pounds in a weekend), or to cold smoke hams or bacon. I've been looking at building one of these for a few years. Just have too many other things on the list. Some day though...

Here in central Georgia average summer high temps mid-90's, avg summer lows mid 70's, humidity 30-85%.
