Picked up some pork yesterday at Reat Depot, 2 pack of butts and a pack of spares. The spares are labeled sell by today, I plan on vac sealing them today individually. The butts are not marked and I will be using them this Saturday. I plan to inject them Friday night. Should i bother freezing them, will they mKe it to saturday?

No need to freeze them. They might not even be frozen through before you have to put them in the refrigerator to thaw
