Just wondering if anyone sauces their brisket for turn in? Seems like it may not only add flavor but keep it from looking dried out. Is this a silly question or what? thanks:twisted:

Sauce or glaze, yes. Something to give it a lil shine at least!

do you cut any extra fat cap prior to turnin or do you leave it alone?
