Want to buy in bulk instead of the pre-mix
What brand/ kind of salt, making a salt-pepper only rub..Thanks

I don't care enough to by a bunch of fancy salts. We found a fine ground pink Himalayan salt that we use because it works better in some recipes that the slightly courser stuff. I have also done kosher salt.

I use coarse kosher salt in all of my salt and pepper based rubs, I do all those by weight and find the granule size to be good for the application.

Redmond’s Real Salt...

that is all...

This stuff is amazing on steaks. I have it as part of an all purpose finishing mix.

I didn't know Red Boat sold salt! Their fish sauce is fanfarkingtastic.
One of the Red Boat guys used to post here - great thread here.

Hot damn. Didn’t know the group was a Brethren. Maybe I’ll buy a few bottles and see if it will dethrone my Three Crabs brand.
