Absolutely! One thing I love about having a huge griddle is how easy it makes meal prep for several days at a time. I have a good hearty breakfast for the next couple of mornings without having to do anything more than press a few buttons on the microwave
Did the same with dinner last night on the griddle. Over cook a bit and now I have lunches til mid-week
