Rack mount grill for Motorcycles

Any motorcycle riders here? Every time I look at the trunk box of a Harley I thought that could be a perfect portable grill. I'm thinking make a custom rack for the WeberGA and some room for tools and coals and mount it on a luggage rack of a cruiser. The height of the rack is perfect for cooking.
Anything out there you guys have seen?
