Looking for 36" built-in, NG griddle
I'm looking to put together a new outdoor kitchen, and I'm purchasing cabinets for a sink, grill, side burner, and hopefully a griddle -- which is something new for me. I want something with substantial size, but the only one I've found is the Blackstone; which is neither a built-in or Natural Gas. Also, at 1/8" thickness the griddle seems a bit flimsy.
Of the griddles that meet my requirements, all I can find are 30". Does anybody here know where I might find what I'm looking for? TIA |

Commercial griddles (flat tops) should be a good source.
