Default Turkey for Thanksgiving? Nah...

The vote was maple/bourbon beef back ribs.

The pellet pooper, as always, turned them into a hit! :)

Happy day after Thanksgiving all!

Thanks guys! They were pretty tasty. My wife declared them YUM, and one of my daughters boyfriends stated that they tasted like “beef candy”... sounds kind of funky, but man they were pretty good :)
