Poppycock! I am not a big fan of the rain or a heavy snow, but I have a half good canopy tent I can put up if I wanna. BBQ is okay in any temperature

Being in southern Arizona the coldest I have ever cooked was in the low 30's, felt good sitting next to the FB. I had one cook with snow falling did not seem to impact the cook just glad there was no wind associated with that cook.

It’s never too cold for a (good) stick burner. However, it may be too cold for the operator of the (good) stick burner.

Lots of good comments, and as luke duke said, may be to cold for the operator but not the stick burner. I threw it out there in part because there was a thread a while back suggesting had to go to pellet pooper and leave the the stick burner as it had turned colder. Not so for many of us. Thanks.

LOL!

My wife gets on me when it snows because the first thing I shovel out is a path to my cookers.

It's never too cold to Smoke.
What do I know... I live in Alabama, we don't have much Winter.
I sometimes wear a coat over a T-shirt in the Winter. ;)
I also cheat. My Smokers are under a Tin roof and pretty much wind protected.

Year round cooker here dont matter rain or snow or -10 . 18x26 carport with the west and south sides sided ,more wood the colder it is,a moving blanket is on my list to cut down pellet usage

I've made the mistake in the past of adjusting my cook for extreme cold in my WSM (usually running it PBC-style) and overcooking the meat. Beyond a slight intake adjustment, I have no problems cooking in even single digit temps. Wind is by far the bigger culprit.
