If you haven't tried these before, they are awesome. Crispy outside and moist n juicy on the inside. My peeps like as good as wings

Saw a few packages of neck bones at Publix the other day. $3.95/lb.
We used to use these as crab bait when I was a kid, along with chicken
necks and backs.

I saw on a fb page a guy smoked a whole lamb neck. It looked incredible.
