Or who the U.S. distributor is?

I would check out Spicewine Iron Works. I believe they sell one similar to the one pictured.

Yeah, that's the same one but branded.
But Spicewine is a retailer, not wholesaler.

"Old Smokey Professional Thermometer" as sold by BBQs Galore if I'm not mistaken. Looks like the one on their web site.
