Good looking pie. I'm lazy so I'll ask where did you get your pizza working mat?

Thanks,

Robert

Homemade dough? I'm lazy and always get my dough balls at Jets.

I'm lazy too, and haven't made homemade dough in years.

We have a local chain of markets with a fantastic pizza dough that's just superb. One ball is not really enough for a 14 or 15 inch pie, so I buy 4 of them, then merge them into a log, then divide it into 3 equal pieces and into the freezer they go.

Robert,

The mat I use is made by Pizzacraft - it's a 20 x 20 inch silicone mat and works great. You can get it on Amazon. There are similar, lower price mats as well, they just aren't pizza-themed, but still have the round circles/size guide that is really handy.

That is one awesome looking pie, I'd hit up a few slices of that. Sure wish Blackstone hadn't discontinued that oven.

That's pizza perfection even though it doesn't have any bacon on it
