Default Buns, Rolls, What?

Going to be doing some prime rib roasts this weekend for the Husker game. Sliders are the first thing to come to mind as far as ease and convenience are concerned.

Any suggestions for the bread?

Pepperidge farm dinner rolls. In the red and white package are my go to rolls for sliders.

Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls are what I get for sliders. The PF rolls are good too though.

Yeast Rolls from Sam's 36 count bag for dirt cheap and they make awesome sandwich rolls.

I like those kings Hawaiian rolls. I could eat about a hundred of those. Just depends if you're looking for the sweet profile.

Pepperidge Farm does make a slider bun, but sometimes they are
hard to find. Those potato slider rolls are pretty good also.

Make a pan of Yorkshire pudding and use it as the rolls.

I love those for burger sliders, but I think you need a more substantial roll, with a crisper crust for prime rib.

A roll with a good crust will keep the juices from turning your roll into mush.
