Hi Everyone,
I have been a lurker on the forums for the past few years, lots of knowledge on the forum and decided to take the plunge!!
Mainly split my grilling between a gas BBQ and a charcoal Tandoor (Indian clay oven).
The Tandoor is the clear winner for Chicken, Prawns, veggies (skewered items) and the grill takes on the steaks and ribs!
Currently building a new house and looking into outdoor kitchen builds, since it rains a lot in our neck of the woods the kitchen will be built on a covered deck. Tandoor is on wheels so it can come out and play either in the sunshine or under cover.
