Default Grinding my "Butt"

So with the butt throwdown going on I couldn’t resist making a meatloaf
Picked up a 9 pounder and set it up to grind, bought the grinder 2 ½ years ago and never took it out the box

After the grind for some meatloaf

Into the 18”

Can’t trust the radar or the storm that came thru last night

Had enough for some meatballs for the cook

Off and time for dinner after a sweet chili glaze

No plated pics tonight butt had with some yellow rice and mini croissant
Thanks for looking

Looks like you both weathered the storm. Great looking cook. Never thought of doing a pork meatloaf. Thanks!

Very nice, 2.5 years and you’re just now using that thing? Well, a worthwhile occasion indeed.
