What is this "leftover brisket" that you speak of?

Brisket chili, brisket hash (great with eggs), baked potato filled with brisket, Brisket sliders.

Mac and cheese is good with brisket.
Chop it and add it to your favorite beans.
Brisket is really good in tamales
On nachos

Oh, and in chili

Popular use of leftover brisket is chili and Brunswick stew. Brisket and eggs is also good for breakfast. You can also add it to instant ramen.

If you're feeling little adventurous and want something more exotic, you could eat it as ssam. This is how I normally eat leftover beef brisket and pulled pork meat. Ssam is basically eating meat wrapped in lettuce or leaves. It's popular way to eat Korean BBQ. David Chang's Momofuku restaurant serves Bo Ssam which is basically roasted pork butt eaten in a lettuce wrap. New York Times published the recipe. https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/...ofukus-bo-ssam You don't have to use pork butt and can use any BBQ meat.

Brisket is awesome as a baked spud stuffing. Go one step further - open up a baked spud and ladle on some brisket chili with some cheese.
