Default Oakridge Chili Lime Tacos

Hit some shrimp with Oakridge Chili Lime and grilled them on the kettle. Made a sauce with sour cream, chipotle, lime juice, cilantro and a little water. Hit with some toppings.

Wasn't sure how I would like the Chili Lime rub but it was really good. Will definitely be finding some more ways to use it.

Thanks,

Matt

Yes, please!

Big fan of shrimp / fish tacos like that! I'd be proud to put that in my mouth.

Great rub! Finished a bag of it yesterday on a giant batch of thighs. Wanted to get a few bags of shredded chicken for the freezer, and it's flavorful and still very versatile.

I need to try it on shrimp...that's a good idea.

It goes great on pork butts/chops, any kind of chicken, beef like skirt/flank for fajitas, fish and seafood, etc. pretty much anything you want to have a south of the border flair.
