Our New May SPECIAL Throwdown Category is...




"National Barbecue Month!"






CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:



1. Cook a dish or food item that is recognized and named as barbeque - it could be a region in the USA or other parts of the world, such as Mexico, South America, Eastern Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia etc. Please note that some parts of the world consider grilling to be barbecue, and these will qualify.

2. You MUST reference the region your dish comes from in your entry. Links are encouraged to help educate members about the style of barbecue you are cooking!

3. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only!

4. This is an open category, meaning you can cook whatever you like as long as it conforms to Standard Throwdown Rules.




You may submit entries that are cooked from 5/1 through 5/31.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time Tuesday, 5/31.
