Cook temp 280-300F controlled bu the Tip Top Temp

Normally I dont monitor IT temp but did for this since I was curious with the new pit, it was about 205F

Took about 7.5 hrs

Ready to come off the smoker

The TTT works excellent. Cant ask for more from it

As for the smoke ring, I had to look after you asked since I really dont care about that, but you can see it somewhat in this pic

That looks great! I was more curious than anything. I'm tempted to pick up that tip top temp thing. Thanks.
