New Guy - Wisconsin
My name is Greg and I live in Neenah, WI about 45 minutes south of Green Bay. I have been smoking/grilling meats for 15-20 years but started dabbling in competitions a few years ago on a Traeger Pro 34.
Bought a Yoder YS640 on a competition cart this week to step up my game before my next competition in a few weeks. Looking forward to improving my skills and getting new ideas from this site..
