My name is Greg and I live in Neenah, WI about 45 minutes south of Green Bay. I have been smoking/grilling meats for 15-20 years but started dabbling in competitions a few years ago on a Traeger Pro 34.

Bought a Yoder YS640 on a competition cart this week to step up my game before my next competition in a few weeks.

Looking forward to improving my skills and getting new ideas from this site..

Welcome aboard Greg, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.
