Got off to a little late start, got the Weber fired up,
My butt has been rubbed, and on the fire.
My faithful helper is ready as well.

My butt is secured, it’s an 8.75 pounder.
Here we are at the 2.5 hour mark.
My assistant is always there to help out if things fall.
