Beautiful. I find Tuna to be one of the harder things to cook. They can turn from cold, red fish to grey catfood in a matter of seconds, and take so little time. That looks perfect.

REALLY HOT grill of cast iron.
put on and literally just maybe a minute per side. HOT and fast leavening it on to long will cause it to turn gray and over cook fast. I also leave the lid open on the grill.
