Rib eye looked great tasted grand but was a tad chewy. Sides sausage and a WT made it good

It was a funny cab ribeye. Had some really butter texture and some beef jerky too. I mean it was all chewable just not a high quality. Probably me

Grub looks delicious.

We'd have to start the Triathlon event at 0400 so nobody'd melt over here in ABQ. It's 105 as we speak... seriously looking forward to fall.
 
A lot cooler 280mi east. Only 104*. It’s a brutal stretch. A/C -ceiling fans-floor fans. Switched from beer to bourbon to tea. Forecast tomorrow 107*
