Havin Steak tonight!
Hey guys.. quick grill here.. Made some home made mashed tater's.. and my local grocery store that butchers meat... had flat iron steak! had no clue this cut was soooooo tender! It was delicious!

Flat iron is a good flavorful cut. Since it became en vogue around here it’s relatively pricey for being one of the quote “lesser cuts”.
