Lol mainly been posting in the facebook group. If you search masterbuilt gravity feed fans you'll find several people's post on it. I've done some chicken halves and turkey breast since my last post and both came out great! Really don't have any cons at this point. Doing some wings tonight.

If you buy the extra shelves, how many butts, briskets, or chix halves will it comfortably hold?

Once again, it looks like I have waited too long to get off the naughty list.
I figure IF I started right now, Santa would not even bring me the wheels. So, I will have to shoot for "later". I guess by then, there will be plenty of cook reviews- and on the longevity /durability. I wonder about the metal and the electronics. Maybe someone will bust out with a big cook. Holding 3 briskets and doing 3 briskets well might be 2 different things.

Pretty much everything I've seen has been high temp cooking (I'm the last person in America w/out a FB account, so I haven't had access to that). How does it handle lower temp, longer cooks?

The page before this one I posted a chuck roast. It was cooked at 250. It'll do fine for low and slow.

I wish I could remember. Most likely on FB (borrowed my wife's account) somewhere in the comments. It was totally unverified. Someone could have been pulling numbers out of the air. There were some comments from Masterbuilt about expanding the GF line, but they "weren't allowed to comment yet."
