Since it's National Pizza Month, it's only fitting that a Mexican Pizza should be entered for your consideration.

Roasted, chopped medium Hatch New Mexico chilis for the sauce, shredded Oaxaca cheese, homemade carnitas and Anaheim chili strips. Cooked in the Blackstone Pizza oven at 650*.
