Hello All,

My name's Nick, I live with my wife, daughter and son in Nassau County on Long Island. BBQ is a serious hobby for me. I started cooking on a Weber Smoky Mountain and upgraded this year to a Shirley Fabrication Patio Model. I'm looking forward to learning a few things here on the forum.
