New Meadow Creek BX 100, Fireboard 2 or Ultraq?
Just got a Meadow Creek BX100 to begin playing with and cooking some Q for the restaurant menu... This thing is huge!
Looking at the Fireboard 2 Drive or the UltraQ controller. Any opinions or suggestions which one I will like best or use most? Will be using it mostly for pit temperature control but may use food probes too. Wifi and app controls is the selling factor on both. Thanks

Congratulations on one Excellent Smoker!!!
I have been dreaming about a "50" for years. Can't help you with the question, but I am sure there are those here who can, or, you can contact Lavern at Meadowcreek and ask for his advice, so consider this a bump! |

Congrats and enjoy. You will love it. I have only seen Gurus used with it and they work well
