Nothing special here, but as I was putting it together I realized that the whole thing came from stuff I read here. Marinated some thighs in Stubbs chicken marinade and I used the orange pepper rub I saw on here to season them. While I was at the store I thought about the post from Adams about the stuffed mushrooms so I grabbed the ingredients for that as well. Here is the finished product on my finest China. Tasty stuff that I wouldn't have done without ideas from here.
