Found these good looking pork chops at a local market

Seasoned up with some Obie Cues "Sweet n Heat"

At the turn

Off for a rest

Nice and moist for the finish

I want the one to the left of your 1st pic, looks like the T-bone or Porterhouse of the pork loin.
The others are basic loin chops, overcook them by one second you get dry miserable shoe leather. 140 - I said 140. Max on those.
