This is my entry for the "Anything But Charcoal Throwdown".

I've been on a burger kick lately, and the Blackstone griddle is the perfect launching pad for such a creation. It is a smashed 80/20 slider patty, half a grilled hotdog, thick sliced cheddar, double thick bacon, chili and diced onions. Served with potatoes dusted with ranch dressing powder. They were outstanding!!
