Default Memphis In May 2012

I'm going to be at Memphis In May for a few days this year. I get to represent the National Pork Board and hang out with Chris Lilly at Kingsford University.

I'd sure like to meet/see as many forum members as I have a chance to, so give me a shout if you're going to be there.

Speaking of which, there's a new Q joint that just recently opened up downtown. Sounds like they started out as backyard/tailgater guys. I haven't been yet but they may have some promise:

The menu is interesting...

I'm making a trip out the Memphis BBQ Co Wednesday night if anyone wants to come. I have to be back in New York by noon Sunday though so I may miss the awards Saturday night.
