Default Would this added ingredient supe up wings?

Anyone tried this on your smoked wings? I would think if you do it, they will be as crispy as possible

No not yet but I printed the recipe and will give them a try. I don't see why you couldn't just grill them on a hot charcoal grill with similar results.

I was thinking since lower temps cause chewy skin, that this would increase crispiness in that regard?

Baking powder makes grilled/baked skin crispier, but the resulting flavor and texture doesn’t come close to twice fried deep fried wings.

The baking powder does help, but I cook them at around 400 to 425 degrees.
