Default Ribs on the UDS

Ribs cut into St. Louis and seasoned.

Getting some good color.

Wrapped with some added "love".
Ready to be devoured.
My plate, with coleslaw and corn w/tomatoes. These may be the best ribs I have cooked. Getting ready for the Pigs and Peaches in Kennesaw in two weeks.

Those look great! I have been Cooking a lot of spares this summer trying to figure out the right method and process, I haven’t tried cooking them in a pan yet, like in your picture, will try this next time!

Make sure that you use a rack to keep them off the bottom. After having dry baby backs lately, these were really moist, a welcomed change.
