Default Pork 'n Tots

Just prior to Thanksgiving, I fired up the offset to cook up some pork butt roast, turkey breast, fatties, and pheasant. I didn't have a chance to pull the pork until tonight...and it turned out fantastic. Extra smoky due to the smaller size of the butt. And apologies about the huge photo size - I don't know how to shrink it on my phone.

The tots were air-fryer tots, and they turned out really nice. I actually prefer Great Value brand tots over Ore-Ida.
