Hope you and your bride had a happy turkey day. Don't know about you, but I'm not looking forward to repeating this meal in 30 days. May have to leave the reservation...

The Bride shamed me for paying $20# for Turkey even though I only bought a half pound. Turkey is my least favorite meat and least favorite cook. Haven't cooked it in years. She asked me to try again. And I shall.
