Salt and pepper choice grade brisket. $1.97 a pound. I can get used to this....

Here's my company for the day. My little man was born on November 3, 2015. Look at that grin!

Let me tell y'all something. If you gonna bbq in Texas you need good airflow. Door wide open. Not a single air intake on this smoker....

Sliced the flat....just right!
