Chris... That looks spectacular..... A Vietnamese lady sharon works with told me about cooking the rice the day before.... I got to get me one of those Shirley cookers and the griddle... One day one day.. I will have one... Again awesome cook and thread... ThAt flag says it all... Thx again for you and your fellow brothers service!!!!!

Looks fantastic!

One day I'll make fried rice in a manner other than just emptying the fridge of all the stuff that's about to go bad in to a pool of hot oil.

Just plain white rice. Put it in the fridge overnight. The color comes from the soy sauce you add at the very end.
