here are a few pics of this weeks cook..I messed up and bought boneless butts so thats why you see the string..we also did some 1/2 chickens for some upcoming comps(IBCA) and they came out so juicy!..i can see why they want a 1/2 chicken..also did some MOINK sliders everyone raved about them and they were the first thing gone.
