Chimichurri Marinaded Flank Steak

I saw a post by Thirdeye on 48-hr marinaded Chimichurri Flank Steak it sounded good so I tried it,it was vary good

Marinaded for 2-days

First I started with Chipotle Roasted Potatoes

On the grill for maybe 3-min. a side

Then the grilled romaine

A very tasty meal
