Default Hello!

Just want to introduce myself and see what you all have to say. I look forward to sharing recipes and ideas. I am in my 26th year in the Air Force. I own a YODER 640s and love it. And I also weld, work with wood and steel, and love projects! I have done some “MODS” to my smoker that I will love to show off.... if you want to know more just ask!
