Wow! What a forum! I've learned more here in 3 days than I've learned in 30 years of trial and error. I didn't even know you could use a Weber kettle to smoke! Snake and minion are brand new to me, but I used the snake to make a fatty on my kettle! I'm hooked.
I've done "okay" with grilling... I thought... but I'm learning that I was just grilling... not BBQ... :icon_blush:
the UDS thread... OMG! There is so much to read and learn. Looking forward to fall off the bone, make you slap yourself, kids in the backyard fighting over the last piece BBQ!
