Had never made CSR’s til last month. Could kick myself for not trying them years ago. Easy, great price per/lb and they are quite tasty. Made another round today. Also, tried a new rub I got with my new book yesterday :)

I treat them just like St. Louis ribs. My preference is low n slow... start spritzing at the 2.5 hour mark... spritz a few times during the cooking process... apply glaze the last hour and allow to caramelize. If that isn’t how you cook your ribs or if you prefer to wrap part way during the process, just go w/ what you are comfortable with. Easy peasy :)

Those CSR's look amazing! And cooking them low and slow is the only way to go. Yep, just rub them and smoke them. That spritz works ( apple juice /water) combined with apple wood smoke.
Sweet and moist.
I'll take three please.

Hi Nice looking ribs. CSR's a cut from the butt with a bone in? I've seen some CSR's in my local super markets, and don't look like they were cut from a bone in butt? I don't see the blade bone in them?

Not all CSRs will have a bone. Still cut from a Butt tho.

Those look so good. I haven't done them in years. Kinda got addicted to them and made them every other weekend for a while. You described them perfectly, easy cook and good eats.
