Default carter-hoffmann heated banquet cart

A friend of mine owns a pizza restaurant and has offered to give me a Carter-Hoffmann heated banquet cart. Pics attached.
It can go up to 160º and can have water in the bottom.
I've only used coolers and a cambro to hold food in the past and have no experience using something like this.
It seems to me this would work great to hold barbecue meats and sides but again having no experience using such an item I am reaching out to you all for guidance.
Any thoughts? Experience using this unit?
Thank you,
Glenn

Did a trial run using this unit on Saturday. Put a brisket and 2 pork butts in at 8 in the morning and took them out to pull/slice at 5:30 and they were perfect. No quality issues at all.
This is sure going to help out with upcoming family functions.
