Pork butt chunks dusted with Terry Blacks pork rub topped with red bell pepper, white onion, green onion, whole jalapeño, bacon, glazed with hatch chili bacon glaze didn’t roll off the tongue so I like y’all’s ideas better ��

They tasted good. That stuff I used to glaze them is very sweet. It’s a little too sweet for me but my wife liked them a lot.
