Yes, they were. Bought them fresh from the local butcher. A place called The Pork Shop in Queen Creek, AZ. As the name states, it's all they sell. Best quality I have found in the valley of the sun. Went back today and picked-up some chops, Chorizo, and some Teriyaki snack sticks. Good Stuff!!!

Those are baby-backs with the loin still attached. The wife loved them!! Got the guys at work hooked on them. The rack in the picture was one I threw in the smoker for my boss at work while I was doing the familys. He is hoping to get the wife to agree to buy a Bandera. I think it worked.
