Here is a list of restaurants in Georgia. A lot of them are chains and I can't guarantee the quality, but you will be able to find something along your route. The reviews should be helpful.

A little out of your way, but check out Holy Smokes BBQ in Dublin GA. BBQ Pitmasters Georgia champs. Also on my saved places in Google maps I have Fresh Air BBQ in Jackson GA saved. Not Que and a little hard to find is Bone Garden Cantina on the North side of Atlanta, I try to stop there every time I'm in Atlanta.

If you are traveling down I-75, Fresh Air Barbecue in Jackson, Georgia is good, it's been around for a while and I went there as a kid, but don't expect a big fancy menu. It's just pulled pork, and if I'm not mistaken, they are still cooking hams because I used to deliver to them years ago, chips and Brunswick stew. It's simple, but it really is good.

Second 4 Rivers in Orlando (there are a few locations). I haven't been but hear good things about Pig Floyds.

I just saw Heirloom Market BBQ near Atlanta on a food show. Has a Korean influence, and looked pretty awesome. Personally, I'd be going for something like that to change it up.

I totally forgot about this place. I've never been but I've had friends who have who enjoyed it.
