Cool drum grill! I got my next project now! That's some cool looking meat!

Buddy of mine up in the Panhandle of the Great State of Texas uses a harrow disc to cook his steaks on.

N8man glad to see someone else build a UDG!!!!!!!!!!
Works pretty good doesn't it?
Great use of a left over donor drum also.
Finally got around to finishing the paint job on the lid. I sealed around the area where the drum lid and drum ring were welded and had to let it cure before painting.
Bet we see more of these popping up with the good old pron that comes with em.

N8--Way to go. Cool looking grill, and the food looks killer!!

I need to add smoked baloney to the list of things to do.

Discada

there is a whole style of cooking in the Southwest and Northern Mexico that uses plow discs for outdoor grills and and as a braising vessel, the Spanish term is "Discada" and is a Farm/Ranch way of cooking

Cool mod bro...speaking of mods...I haven't seen a new avatar morph lately! Have you settled in?

I am comfortable in my skin. And nobody's been frightened by the current avatar. So I think it stays for a while.:-D
