If you haven't entered the Food Truck Throwdown yet, you still have a day left.

What happens when a food truck from Canadia gets lost in the southwest?



Just happened to have some fries, cheese curds and some wild hog & hatch chiles from some earlier cooks the past week.







Load up a plate, and smother with some hatch mushroom gravy seasoned with SPOGOS...
